Personal performance coaching with the CDU
This is for those who need more expert help with their professional
development than is available using normal educational support; perhaps
their training progress is unsatisfactory or they are having difficulty
at work.
Doctors and dentists can apply for personal coaching if they live or
work in the Oxford Deanery and are either in training or already
established as a consultant, GP, dental practitioner or in one of the
non-training grades.
They may refer themselves or be referred by their trainer or employer.
Dentists may alternatively use this scheme if they need guidance or help.
