Equality Act 2010

The Equality Act 2010 replaces 116 pieces of legislation, including the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).

• the  Government Equalities Office (GEO), which has produced a series of guides to  the Act's implementation.
• the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), which has guidance for employers , including detailed guidance on the duty to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people.
