MMC -A Career Management Service- Postgraduate Deaneries are expected to work with others to provide a comprehensive Career Management Service for doctors.

- The following strategy is suggested to develop a comprehensive career management service in line with MMC guidance. The Career Development Unit (Oxford PGMDE) will lead on this, working with the medical school, the BMA and others such as the Occupational Health service.
