How to refer to the CDU

The CDU is pleased to take referrals for trainees from educators and employers.

• Download and complete our referral form, giving your own details so we can get in touch with you.
• Email us the form at cdu@oxforddeanery.nhs.uk .

Trainees and established practitioners are welcome to email the CDU direct. Sending a completed referral form for yourself can help us allocate a coach quickly.
