Dr. Neil Graham
I have been a consultant radiologist in Milton Keynes since 1988. In
that time I have been chair of clinical audit/governance, R&D
committee chair, associate district clinical tutor, district clinical
tutor and clinical director of Imaging (not all at the same time!). I
have led on service development including a wide range of skill
enhancement for non-medical staff groups.
Since July 2003, I have been an Associate Dean of Oxford PGMDE with
responsibility for the training and development office. In that role I
have undertaken training needs analysis for senior trainers and
instituted frequent training courses for STC chairs, programme
directors etc designed to ensure compliance with equal opportunity and
diversity legislation etc.
I have a longstanding commitment to training and development of all
clinicians and a strong desire to support those who are struggling with
a view to enabling them to return to happy and productive practice.
