Dr. Alison Gammon
I qualified in 1980 and have worked as an A&E Consultant in Oxford
Deanery for nearly thirteen years. I have been closely involved in
training and appraisal throughout that time and am one of the nominated
A&E advisors to the NCAS. Having had four children, a significant
part of my training was carried out on a part-time basis, so I have
sympathy for those trying to juggle the demands of family and
professional life.
Over the years, I have helped a number of doctors resolve uncertainties
within their careers and I am keen to help to develop the approach
taken by the CDU when supporting doctors in difficulty.
