Fenella Trevillion

I have been a director of a large mental health service and a lead health commissioner for older people and mental health, this has given me many years of experience in working closely with doctors. I have always been interested in the wide variety of complex issues faced by them; now as an Executive Coach I enjoy working with clinicians, on a one to one basis and in groups, tackling these and similar challenges. My knowledge and experience of organisations and my dual qualifications in health and social care enables me to bring a different perspective to my practice as an accredited coach. I work as an associate coach in several organisations and am on the Thames Valley and Wessex Leadership Academy coaching register. I started my career as a nurse and after a break during which I completed my Honours Degree in Politics/Sociology, I qualified as a social worker and completed my MSc in Public Services Management. Added to this, I have an MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change, with distinction.
