Dr. Sheena Dykes

I qualified in 1977 and initially trained as a GP. After spending nine months working as the medical officer in a refugee camp in Somalia, I went on to train in Psychiatry and have been a consultant in Aylesbury from 1999. I ran the Mother and Baby Service for mid-Bucks and I was interim Medical Director of the Trust in 2004 when Bucks Mental Health Trust was on the point of joining with Oxfordshire Mental Health Trust.

I have a Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and have coached a range of people in the NHS and private sector. I enjoy working with people to develop leadership skills, resolve career dilemmas and reduce stress and burnout.
