I am a public health doctor by background with previous experience in hospital and general practice. I have undertaken leadership roles at local and national level and have always taken pride in promoting the development of individuals and high performing teams. I am new to the CDU, having undertaken a coaching role in Wessex deanery for several years. I have a certificate in coaching from Henley business school (now part of the university of Reading) and am an accredited mediator. I am qualified in the Myers Briggs indicator, Hogan assessment and the NHS leadership 360 tool. I also have a certificate in phonetics and phonology. I co-published a toolkit for introverted leaders. Raising three children – now young adults – has taught me as much about personal development and valuing difference as my working life. It also means I am an accomplished juggler of work and home! |
